Cancellation & Late Policy:

CANCEL/ RESCHEDULE:

A minimum of 24 hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If the appointment is canceled or rescheduled within the 24 hours, a 50% service fee will be applied and charged to the card on file. This includes same day cancelations and reschedules. The cancelation fee must be paid in order to re-book.


LATE:

15 minute grace period is given after the actual time of the appointment. If running late, please let us know in advance to be respectful of other appointments. After 15 minutes, if we have not heard from you, the appointment will be canceled and considered a no-show. As a result, 50% of the service will be charged to the card on file.

 

"Tino is the best! My hair is absolutely flawless. I showed him a few pictures of what I wanted and what I walked out of the salon with is everything I wanted plus a little more. I LOVE that he asked and clarified and than clarified again what I wanted. Super communicative and explains everything he is doing. The balayage he gave me is absolutely gorgeous! If you have long hair like me, than you have surely experienced those hair stylists that are as Tino called "scissor happy" (LOL) and take off 3 inches when you asked for 1. Not Tino, he kept my length and still gave me a beautiful trim. I should also mention he has mastered the art of the head massage while washing your hair which is truly one of the best parts of getting your hair cut right? "After promising for months to make an appointment with Tino I finally came around and let him and his fancy new scissors go to work on my unruly mane...AND HOLY WOW AM I IMPRESSED!!! I wanted to lighten my hair and I've only done it once before (two years ago by someone else) and although it looked nice it wasn't quite what I expected. I came to Tino with high expectations because I've seen his work on Instagram and told him what I wanted and he went above and beyond my expectations when it came to coloring my hair! He did a balayage and gave me a golden caramel or "bronde" coloring as we referred to it all afternoon, that I'm absolutely in LOVE with. He's a true artist when it comes to styling and handling your hair and also gives great head massages. Super easy going and cool to talk to as well. I'm not usually a conceited person but after my appointment I'm having a hard time breaking away from the mirror.
